Each service Registrant on our platform shall provide a valid identity document for verification of identity.
Services done by spark is outsourced and spark afrik have vetted all service providers so any service done is done by a professional. In case of any damages spark will not pay anything.
In the case where spark realizes that services provided are malicious spark has all rights to submit information to the rightful authorities for our own safety.
In the case of down town our email and phone numbers are readily available as back up till our site is up.
Most services will be provided in and out of Cameroon but if any client wants services outside Cameroon spark can be contacted by any of the mails.
Every service provider must go through a vetting process provided by Spark.
Payment of each task shall be done by client only upon completion of the task by the service provider .
Client shall Allow employees or agents of Service Provider reasonable access to the premises and facilities where the Service is to be provided, and Client shall not require Service Provider’s personnel to sign any document that has not been approved in advance by Service Provider.
Service Provider shall not be responsible for damages caused by accidents, misuse, misapplication, or neglect of Client or any of its agents or employees or as result of Service by any person other than a Service Provider representative;
Force Majeure : Neither Party shall be liable for any failure, inability or delay to perform hereunder (except the payment of money), if such failure, inability or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, lockout, labor disturbance, social conflict, fire, explosion, earthquake or sabotage.
Agreement or contract of execution of services shall be done both by the client and service provider independent of Sparkafrik
Free Registration for the first three months for all services providers .
Service providers shall provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Do not create an Account for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
